- Ritesh Mishra completed engineering in mechanical and entered the private sector.
- Alongside his private sector job, he was also involved in the education business.
- After working in the private sector for more than 10 years, he realized that something was missing and he wasn’t happy with his career.
- He noticed a gap in our education system and the requirements of students.
- He compared the current education system with our old basic education system (GURUKUL) and identified some solutions.
- He realized that in the rat race of numbers, students are unable to find their true potential and are not getting the path to real achievement that would make them internally happy and satisfied.
- He also observed that parents are not having enough time to support their kids in finding their inner potential.
- All of this encouraged him to lay the foundation of Real Brain Academy.
